cultr8 is early, and the people who join now will shape what it becomes. These are founding roles, not jobs. We're looking for people who care about culture as much as we do.
I'm a software developer based out of Bengaluru, and I've spent the last five years building products that millions of people use. But music came into my life long before code did, and I spent my early years making it. cultr8 is where those two worlds meet.
I can build the platform and keep the engine running. What I'm looking for are the people who'll help this grow into something artists can truly call their own.
